12 Class Punch Card for Kids and Teens
This is a 12 class punch card allowing kids and teens to attend classes throughout July and August.  Cards expire at the end of August.  This card must be purchased before smaller increments can be purchased.

On Ramp (for beginners)
On Ramp is two 1-On-1 classes for those new to CrossFit, to prepare them for the regular classes. Classes are 45 minutes in duration, and must be completed within 1 week. **If you miss a class, or cancel within 24 hours, you must purchase an additional Personal Training session to make up for the missed class.

Summer Fitness Challenge
Our 6 Week Summer Fitness Challenge starts Monday, June 18th  and ends Friday, July 27th! This challenge is extremely popular and space fills up quickly! The first week (3 classes) must be at your chosen time and classes are mandatory (if you miss one of the first 3 classes, you will need to purchase a make-up class) . After that, we prefer you stick to the same time, but allow flexibility if needed.
