The next 8 Week Fitness for Beginners program starts Monday, March 4th and ends Friday, April 26th! This is a CrossFit program for beginners, designed for those who haven't been to the gym in a long time, have any joint pain, and deal with stability and balance issues.
The first week (3 classes) must be at your chosen time and classes are mandatory . After that, we prefer you stick to the same time, but allow flexibility if needed.
